Patient reviews
Review guidelines
Reviews on Dental360Hub come from patients who confirm their email address. We apply the same rules to every review, whatever its star rating.
Our promises
- Practices can't pay to remove, hide or change reviews. Paying for a plan never affects which reviews show or how a practice ranks.
- Negative reviews are published. We never hold back a review because of its rating, and we don't only invite happy patients.
- No rewards for reviews. Practices may ask every patient for an honest review, but can't offer discounts, gifts or entries for one.
- Your email stays private. We use it once to confirm the review, then keep only a one-way fingerprint so the same person can't review a practice twice.
What we remove
A person reviews anything our automatic checks flag, and anything reported. We remove a review only if it breaks one of these rules:
- Personal information. Reviews can't include anyone's phone number, email, home address or health record details, including the reviewer's own.
- Real experiences only. Reviews must come from a patient, or the parent or guardian of a patient, describing their own visit. Staff, owners, relatives of staff, competitors and anyone paid or rewarded for a review can't post.
- Fake or duplicate reviews. We remove reviews we reasonably believe are fake, written by a bot or posted more than once by the same person.
- Threats, harassment and hate. No threats, harassment, slurs, or content that discriminates by race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age or national origin.
- Profanity and explicit content. Keep it clean. Explicit language or sexual content isn't allowed.
- Advertising and links. No links, promotions, or advertising for another business.
- Clearly false or defamatory. We remove statements a court has found defamatory, or that are clearly and verifiably false.
Practice responses
Practices can post one public response to each review. To protect patient privacy, responses can't name the reviewer, confirm they're a patient, or mention any visit, treatment, record or bill. Practices that disagree with a review can report it, and a moderator decides using these same guidelines.
Reporting a review
Anyone can use the Report link under a review. Tell us which guideline it breaks and a moderator will check it, usually within 2 business days.
