How Dental360Hub ranks practices, where its data comes from, and how practices can add or correct their details.
What is Dental360Hub?
A directory of US dental practices ranked on public evidence. We combine the national provider registry, state license records, each practice's own website and Google data into one profile, then score it against similar practices nearby.
How is a practice ranked?
Each practice gets a 0–100 Dental360Hub Index from five parts: reputation (30%), social reach and activity (20%), website and technical SEO (20%), data accuracy against federal records (15%) and social footprint (15%). Search results also weigh how well a practice matches what you typed and how close it is.

Can a practice pay for a better rank?
No. Rankings come from the same published method for every practice. Paid plans give practices tools to understand and improve their score, never a higher position.
Where does the insurance information come from?
From the practice's own website: its insurance and payment pages, and the carrier logos it shows. Every plan we list links to the sentence it came from. Many offices accept more plans than they name online, so always confirm with the office before your visit.
How do you check that dentists are licensed?
Dentists named on a practice's website are matched to the CMS National Provider Registry (NPPES) and, where the state publishes it, to the state dental board's license records. “Verified” means we found a matching provider number or an active state license.
My practice is missing or the details are wrong. What do I do?
Use the practice form to add your practice or send corrections. We review submissions within 3 business days.

Does it cost anything?
Searching is free for patients. Adding and correcting a practice profile is free for practices.
Can a practice be removed?
Yes. Practice owners can ask us to remove or correct a profile, or opt out permanently. See the privacy policy for how to contact us.
